• Low sperm count or the quality of sperm is deteriorating
• Difficulty in producing a sample on the day of egg collection
• When the sperm is retrieved from the testicles for ICSI treatment and there are surplus sperm to store

After giving a written consent and screened for infectious diseases, you produce a fresh sample at the clinic and the sperm are frozen and then stored in a storage tank containing liquid nitrogen. When you want to use your sperm your treatment options will be IUI, IVF or ICSI
